“We cannot speak highly enough from the support, recommendations and professionalism of the staff at Spa Travel. Our month trip to New Zealand was truly amazing a trip of a lifetime, we chose Spa Travel to organise our holiday which included flights (International and Internal), accommodation (Hotels and Villas) car hire and arranging taxis to and from airports. Our memories are of the great accommodation we stayed in, lovely places we visited, diversity of an amazing country and the wonderful people.

It is the other side of the world, a long way to travel yet knowing everything was taken care of was so reassuring for us.  We could relax knowing everything would run smoothly due to good planning. All bookings, paperwork- tickets, itinerary, and maps to and from accommodations were very clear and we were sent off with hard copies of all documentation presented in a lovely wallet from Spa Travel.

We did need specialist input to arrange our months travel and this is where Spa Travel came into their own,  advice and preparation for our itinerary was superb. Yes we tweaked and made some amendments yet Hollie was outstanding in working with us to arrange our dream trip. Her friendly and helpful face to face consultations, quick responses via email and telephone calls were much appreciated.
