A Peruvian Adventure!

Paul has just been to Peru –

I have just had the most wonderful experience of visiting Peru on the trip of a lifetime!
There is so much to see, from the ancient Inca civilisations of Maccha Picchu to the vast plains on route to Lake Titicaca and
the stunning Andes mountain range. The Lake Titicaca area measures over 1250 km in length and is absolutely beautiful. Here you’ll find the floating tribes still living on reed beds made into platforms.
During my trip I visited Lima, Sacred Valley, Puno, Cusco, Agua Calientes, Maccha Picchu and Lake Titicaca, all of which has given me a great knowledge of the area.
Lima has baroque styled coastal suburbs such as Barranca & Miraflores with its plazas and vibrant restaurants. This contrasts with the stunning scenery of the Sacred Valley which is the start of the Inca trail and then there was the breath taking rail journey on the Titicaca train across the Peruvian highlands. All in all, it was a very special week. We packed so much into our time (which I would not recommend) and this gave me a fantastic insight into the wonders of Peru! It is an amazing country with so much to offer – adventure, culinary delights, stunning scenery and history.
If Peru is on your Bucket List, then give me a call and I will plan your dream holiday!
