“Hi Paul. I was going to drop you a few lines as a matter of courtesy.The trip was a complete success.The hotel was everything we could have hoped for and having walked the beach and seen the ones further along ours was the quietest and much more suited to our needs.
One thing I would mention was when we met the Red Sea Holidays Rep, he was very impressed with your booklet containing e ticket etc. He was drooling over the way it was all set up. I knew no better, but you must be getting that right!.
