Lucy visited Cyprus..

” I was lucky enough to be invited on a 4 day Luxury trip to Cyprus with Cyplon Holidays who are a luxury tour operator that specialise in tailor-made holidays in many destinations.
Our trip started at Manchester where we had a very easy check in and comfortable flight out to Paphos.
On arrival in Paphos we took a 20 minute private transfer to the Louis Ivi Mare Hotel which is a brand new 4 star hotel located 10 minutes from Paphos Harbour. The hotel has several different types of rooms ranging from Deluxe rooms to Superior rooms and Junior Suites with private whirlpools. For our evening meal we ate in one of three restaurants – the Japanese restaurant. The food here is beautiful and reasonably priced.
Breakfast came with a stunning view across the seafront where you can go for a nice morning stroll along the promenade which runs all the way down to Paphos harbour.
During our stay in Paphos we visited the Almyra Hotel, the Asimina Suites and the Athena Royal Beach, Athena Beach and the Annabelle Hotel. Please come in to see me if you’d like to hear about any of these properties or to find out which will suit you best.
After our hotel inspections had finished we had a lovely evening stroll around Paphos harbour where we sat in a local bar for some refreshments. Paphos is a lovely harbour town with lots of lovely restaurants & shops. The last time I visited Paphos was over 10 years ago so I expected it to be a lot more commercialised than it is.
After our 2 days in Paphos we headed to Limassol stopping at Pissouri on the way to view the Columbia Beach Hotel – one of my favourites. An absolutely stunning hotel with breath-taking views. After having lunch here we made our way to Limassol and had a stroll around the new marina which was lovely but a little bit purpose built for me. Out of the 2 destinations I think Paphos has a lot more to offer.
We then checked in to the Park Lane Hotel and had a tour. The hotel is set out like a resort there’s something for everyone, from sunbathing to water sports. The hotel has the best kids club I have ever seen in a hotel!
Over the next 2 days we saw the following hotels in Limassol – the Amara hotel which is absolutely stunning, the Four Seasons Hotel and the Amathus Beach Hotel. As the hotel was so booked up we were only able to view the Presidential Suite which was incredible!.
Our last day we visited the Mediterranean Beach hotel which I loved. We had lunch here and then headed back to the airport for our flight home!
Cyprus has been such an amazing experience, the quality of hotels here has really taken me by surprise & there really is something for everyone. For any further information pop into the office to see me or feel free to give me a call or drop me an email lucy@spa-travel.com 01937 845678″
