Pauls Abu Dhabi trip
“Being able to fly direct from Manchester to Abu Dhabi is a great plus and being the smaller of the major UAE States,it was such a fantastic surprise.
I had visited Abu Dhabi 25 years ago and it feels as though it has hardly changed apart from a few Skyscrapers.
It genuinely feels like you are in the Middle East and not Tinsel town with lots of traditional dress still being worn by both male & females. It isn’t as commercialised as Dubai.
It has wonderful beaches, great water sports and so many quality hotels at very reasonable prices.The stunning Abu Dhabi Mosque is well worth a visit. The amazing Ferrari World has fantastic rides & of course great cars. It is such a good day out.There is also a great water park – Water world and the Viceroy hotel with the Grand Prix circuit which is a must for a day of fun. If this isn’t enough, you can always go kayaking through the mangroves, take a desert Safari, play golf or visit the many parks followed by plenty of shopping in the extensive malls.
All in all Abu Dhabi is a wonderful holiday destination on its own or as a stopover on route to other destinations.
I loved it and will definitely return for a holiday next year! “
