Hollie’s trip to Ibiza –

Hollie has recently returned from the beautiful island of Ibiza. First stop on her trip was the W Ibiza Hotel which is located in the marina resort of Santa Eulalia. This beachfront property is walking distance to the marina and has its own beach club with allocated sunbeds for guests. The hotel also boasts a stylish adult only rooftop pool & bar which is perfect day and night for cocktails and to enjoy the views on the resort. Their beachfront restaurant Chiringuito Blue is a must to visit and dine at, with a beautiful setting and incredible food – she highly recommends the oysters, prepared in front of you fresh from the sea- heaven! However, if you’re looking for a healthier alternative, they have a Vegan restaurant Ve Cafe which focuses on nutrition and plant-based meals, something for everyone.
She also enjoyed a boat trip to the small neighbouring island of Formentera with its beautiful crystal waters, beautiful beaches and cobbled towns. Well worth a visit!
The next destination was the 7Pines Resort Ibiza located on the west coast of the island between Cala Conta and Cala Codolar. This resort is all suite and offers both smaller and larger roomed accommodation to suit families with younger children and also groups of friends looking for a break away together. This hotel boasts unbelievable views of the Mediterranean from its privileged elevated position. Her personal highlight and recommendation is to visit the Cone Club for dinner and watch the sunset views. They really are the best around & with a DJ playing as the sun sets, you can’t help be swept up in the magic of Ibiza! The resort offers 3 restaurants, 3 bars, 3 pools and a great kids club aimed more at younger children. The hotel is very private and has an exclusive feel to it and the adult pool is great through the day with music playing and table service to your lounger – what more could you want for a relaxing break away!
