A ‘thank you’ received….

Karen received a thank you email from a client who recently had a holiday in New York & Las Vegas. Whilst there it was a ‘big’ birthday and they certainly celebrated in style! Hats off to you Ian 🙂

“Hi Karen, Just to say a massive thank you. The whole trip was a huge success. The hotel was ideally placed in New York, the staff really friendly and the breakfast more than adequate. The New York passes worked fine and well worth it.Internal flight was on time but on arrival at the Mirage at 1am our rooms were not ready. They gave us a free pass into the restaurant for both food and drinks. As it was my 60th birthday we took advantage of that one and didn’t get to bed while 6.30 in the morning!. All in all you did us proud and we were well pleased. Thank you x “
